I tried to place 3 orders tonight. The items were available at my size but there were less than 10 items left for each. I am refused my 3 orders for stock reasons. I hope I am not going to be charged.

I uninstalled before I made a, what appears would of been a total train wreck. To many negative ratings for me to even give this app a chance. Sorry to say it won't be me to give you a chance to get your s.. t together with deliveries and customer service. I was excited at first I'll check back later this spring.

Rip off no contact no answer money away
Unfortunately no possibility to contact, I will be forwarded in the app or the homepage in the circle without a chance of contact possibilities. Mail written, no reply Return arrived but not the right amount. So money is gone for a few months.

Funny politics
Shoes that cut small, I turn them over, I order the size above but finally, they are no longer on sale... very disappointed with this policy. I am waiting for the refund of the first pair.

No customer service
There's no phone number and their chat doesn't load. I've tried on my phone, I've tried on my laptop, nothing. It's been 21 business days and I still don't have my refund, it's frustrating.

The assortment has become worse, the net of shoes has disappeared, there are no columns with reviews!
More than once it was asked to include reviews about it in each position. Why can't consumers meet halfway? Where did the shoe size chart go? Or buyers need to buy from memory, although the size grid and values are different for all brands??? Previously, I constantly ordered on Asos, now it is fundamentally not.

"Lost" shipments
I made two orders and neither of them arrived and they never knew how to explain why or gave me any solution they just said "I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive". There is no seriousness or responsibility on their part.

1x shoes ordered, 1x wrong size received. How can you be so incompetent? In addition, poor service. No premium shipping for the replacement possible also no compensation for the lost time.
