I have often ordered from autodoc, on the whole I am satisfied BUT what I have often noticed, sometimes the packages come very fast and also often you wait more than 8 days for the DHL tracking number, so exactly the time you need to process the order, what is the reason for this, do you have a lack of employees or are the plus subscribers preferred? All in all, but still 3 stars, low prices, well-packaged original goods, quite clear app

It's not the 1st time that Autodocs has made me struggle, but this time it was too much... For an order of QLQS PCS worth + 220,00€, they waited 1 week to notify me that a DS PCS I ordered is out of stock, so they offered me another brand instead. They apologized that I didn't pay the difference in price for a commercial gesture and added 20,00€ of vouchers if I accept the other pcs, 3 days, another version with another person. Aaaaaaah

Very bad experience with Autodoc genacht!! Deliver the wrong parts and then leave you alone with the costs. I recommend staying away and using other more reputable alternatives.

The app has shortcomings. Namely, that I can find parts on the site that are nowhere to be found via the app. Such as sealing set bosch injectors, but if I find the part number then there is no problem.... This also applies to truck and motorcycle parts, which can only be looked up via the web and then manually entered into the app. Good luck yet 😉 Edit2024: why is payment not possible with bank contact?
