Not suitable for my Opel mokka x of 2017 in the information says that it is fine instead in height and 35 and it takes me 30 I bought all the kit for maintenance at the end of April a few days ago I was at the mechanic to do the maintenance of the 10milakm and I found this suppressed, the most absurd thing that I bought two to give a more frequent change but since a few days have passed I can not give the return sincerely I will not buy more on autodoc the savings are never gain even if you save very little

I have been a customer at auto doc for a long time but lately they require customers to pay insurance to return free items knowing that even if you put the car information they send you the wrong items and if you do not pay this insurance you pay a shipping cost that is worth more than the part itself it is a real scam I boycott for life

Don’t bother, Scammers
Ordered items, paid for and then found out I should have paid £52.00 less, they scammed me so I cancelled. Went to EuroParts 2 Bembro discs were cheaper than 1of Scammers. I definitely will NOT be buying from them again.

Wrong products despite specifying the vehicle

It was more interesting before
Very good site with a huge choice but the prices have soared especially the delivery costs, for ex: I wanted to order for about 80 € but at the end of payment I see that the price is about 130 €, I find frankly that 50 € delivery costs for the metropolitan France while the order is 80 €, This is abuse. In short I no longer recommend AUTODOC

Awful
Your company is awful. You send replacement parts that are not identical, your delivery is slow and in the end the savings are not worth having because customers can wait a month while you send the wrong part, ask for it back and then send another wrong part. Avoid. Shop with the main dealer instead as you will at least get what you paid for.
