Very disappointing to this app
The functions are mostly the same since I download this app since few years ago and I don't see any useful features which should be added in this app, such as dark mode, ULEZ filter, multiple choice for boot space options. What's more is many "dealers" I have found on this app are very obscure with either no location, contact numbers or email provided. Not to mention everyone has to pay at least £37 for the advert which only last for two weeks. Apart from earning money from us, what have you gave to us? I have been writing comments for this and nobody gives a fk about this. It used to be the greatest used car advert app I have found but now I see there are no improvements at all. This app is basically a miniature of the UK, great at first but lack behind/no improvement for now.

Fix this
When I try to favourite a car, it says it's saved and then it unsaves it (the heart icon goes red and then goes back to being blank) and the car is in fact not saved, closing the app doesn't fix this issue and it only happens with certain cars. Made this complaint before a couple months ago and was told that they've never heard of it happening and therefore aren't going to look into it. It still occurs and completely defeats the purpose of the app.

Repetitive
Paid ads or sponsored listings getting very repetitive. Same car at the top middle & bottom of every page Adverts annoying when you search nearest first & cars hundreds of miles appear first

Brilliant app
Pros - many search filters, account to save cars or searches, dealer reviews, identical copy of web version Cons - information can be displayed wrong frequently, push notifications are really pushy, occasionally app crashes Overall, based on solid performance the app is okay

Does not have imported and not imported options
I was looking at VW golf 2010-2012 models, but majority of them are imported. It's really annoying that we do not have an option where we can filter out the imported ones and find the ones that are not imported. I sincerely hope that my feedback will adhered to, and be applied to the service. It'll be very easy for all of us. It does not only affect me but many others too.

Pointless
Search cars nearby and all you get is loads of car shop adverts and when you select the car you find they are in locations miles away. You have to pay a deposit to view the car in its location or pay a non refundable fee to have it shipped to your location to view. Needs a way of deselecting these supermarkets or making them show cars that are actually nearby.

Flashing when Saving a Car
What's the point in the new thing that's started happening with your app when you save a car your screen flashes white for a second. Why did you feel the need to do that. Did you even consider the people like myself that have photosensitive epilepsy 🤦 please remove this "feature" also when you set a budget of £2K why show me sponsored cars for 10 times that or more. I had a £59K land rover in my search the other day. Talk about rubbing salt in to people that can't afford cars like that.
