They entice you in with a promo which you follow each step and then find any excuse not to pay out the free spins! It's a scam how they promote it and take your money as a new customer. It's joke … stay clear … let's make sure no one signs up for it by making sure everyone is aware how poor it is

Good app but please can developers make it so when I open app it automatically sends me to sign in with biometrics or even just sign in. It's so annoying and stupid that when I open up the app I then have to click the login but in top corner all the others have it so sign in comes up as soon as you open the app.

I am always unable to open the app several times a day. Especially when there's a big race/match on. Bet 365 much more reliable.

Got 27 bonuses on this site the first day playing but every bonus paid less than £5. I put £60 on and obviously lost it all because they just don't pay at all. With that many bonuses on any other site I would walk away with some profit but not here.
