Frustrating. The search word has to be to the letter or the product that I am searching for won't be found. The app closes for no reason. Your sale at the moment still has 100's of items that are not shown as being out of stock but actually are. I wasted 30 mins going into so many until I just gave up. I wish I didn't sound so whiney about this, but you did ask!!!

Frustrating App
Very time consuming app to use just to get your essentials. It will empty my basket even though I'm logged in in the app & just the last few items will be in my basket once I've logged in again & the previous 12 items are gone. I don't have time to go back & select again I'll just make do at the supermarket next time. Utterly frustrating as the app should save time not utterly frustrate & waste my time, I have a large family to care for & could do without this.

Orders unfulfilled, impossible to contact customer service or cancel order online.

Order online and didn't receive my point onto my card, spent over €300 to receive over €20 worth of points. Countless emails sent and nothing back. I won't be using again

Delivery Issues
There were four missing items and one damaged item in an order I placed back on 17 November 2024. I ‘reached out' to the Boots customer service three times via email and also provided an image of the damaged item. Each time I was met with a promise to resolve the issue. I was even told that “this isn't the experience we expect to deliver to our customers. I'm sorry that you've had to go through this. I'm confident that our management team will be able to resolve this issue for you”. Yet still the issue has not been resolved - i.e. potentially what were genuine words have been rendered meaningless by inaction. Very unpleasant experience.

Good app
The only issue I have with this app is that when your viewing your unused offers, the scroll is messed up on it for some reason. Other than that the ordering process is smooth and easy. I would recommend ☺️

I always have problems with this app. They send a message to update, I updated always and still showing the message and I can't do anything in the app with this message.
