The app is great, and I believe Chevron produces the best gas. My cars just seem to run better on Chevron fuel. They are typically about 10 cents more per gallon, but I think its worth it. Plus, if you're on the app, you can bank points and use them for discounts on fuel. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they no longer allow you to accrue more than 500 points. Bummer, I liked it when I was able to get to 1000 points and get one dollar off gas.

9 out of 10 times when I go to pay the app says there's an issue. It's incredibly frustrating when you're standing there to pump and people are waiting for you or it's 110° outside and I can't process my payment. So then I end up using my physical card and I don't get the points. I will no longer be using this app.

Recently, the app updated and auto uses points, so if you don't know to switch the toggle, you will end up using points .. I ended up using 1.00 on a small purchase of fuel very irritating when I called they put in a claim haven't heard anything back.

The Google Pay feature does not work. Clicking it does nothing. In fact, attempting to use ANY method besides prepaid doesn't work.

Had an issue with points, reached out to them. Was told it would take 3 days. 6 days passed I reached back out and got a response telling me I was wrong and then closed the case and sent me a survey. Hahaha. What a joke these people are. Just keep using your racetrac rewards. Edit to address Chevron response: I contacted you because of the discrepancy, I have photos I added to the email showing the discrepancy, your agent didn't even give me a chance to speak before closing the case.

I really like this app already! it usually costs $52 to fill up my premium gas tank. Since I only use Chevon (The Best Gas on the Market!) the $1 off each gallon ×3 visits will save me enough towards my 4th full up! I'm looking forward to everything else this app has to off. My fill up was $40!! How awesome is this!!🎉 The reason why I did not put 5 stars is that my rewards is now unverified. 😞 why? and is it fixable? other than that, I really like this app!!❤️
