Biometrics does not work!! Once enabled the app just hangs with no response! You cannot even cancel and bypass biometrics. Please FIX ASAP!!

Account alerts do not work as described. For balance amount exceeds alerts, it says you will receive an alert as soon as an authorized transaction causes your balance to exceed the amount you specify. I expected one text to happen. Instead I get texted for each transaction even after I've already been notified AND even after I've made a payment! I get like 8 texts a day saying the same thing, even on the weekly setting! One is enough! Please fix this.

The customer service isn't native English speaking. You would think by now companies would get the idea that the average native English speaker struggles to communicate with non-native speakers. Apparently I "set up flex pay" and "authorized citi to charge my full balance" to my bank account and "theres nothing they could do to help." Thanks for destroying my life, citi.

Too much spam! App makes you go through a banner ad for random Citibank services before you get access to your account everytime you log in. Uninstalled in less than week.
