Can't make a withdraw since the upgrade and tried to talk to customer care and NO SOLUTION was given rather than they told you to tried it again 😠😠 You are really messing me up this time

The Citi mobile app does not work. Every time I try to sign in, it closes out, and I have to reenter my login information. It then will do the same thing.

used to be a good app but gets worse with every update. Biometrics no longer work and snapshot no longer works.

The app displayed a cross-sell offer banner over my card's current balance with no way to dismiss the banner. What a bad user experience. The app generally works fine, but the cross-sell offers are obnoxious.

When the app works, it works flawlessly, like 60% of the time. When I got a new phone, tried to log in using the old credentials - it never stated that it was having issues. All of the "error" messages were "try again" or some sort of that language. So I tried again. After a few (10) attempts with the same message, my account got locked out and I only found out when I called an agent. She tried to help but I couldn't do anything on the phone. Got transferred around and hung up on :)

This app continues to be difficult and buggy. It works on my S22 android phone but has completely failed to operate on my S8 android tablet. I have completely Uninstaller it, rebooted the tablet and reinstalled a new downloaded app. No good. After initiating the bio login it just goes into the spinning wheel of death and locks me out of any new commands. One additional problem. Citibank is one of the only applications that makes me turn my tablet sideways to use, when it works at all.
