This app has become nearly unusable since it has had a major update. I have even tried deleting and reinstalling but that did not help

I'm done with this app and this bank. It doesn't do the simple thing of allowing me to deposit checks. Opening an account in a different bank with an app that works using these checks it won't allow me to deposit.

Nee update is so buggy that it won't let me pay off any of my credit card balance. It also looks worse, so sorry to whatever 12 y/o citi hired to manage their apps ui

After a recent update, unable to even get connection. States, please check 3G Wifi connection. WTH? 3G? Updating review 3-21-23: Log in process is always a challenge. Even using biometrics. I get errors on a daily stating the log in process couldn't be completed. Always a hassle.

With the 3/2023 update, trying to log in on the app fails without an error code, and also locks my online account on the browser. This has happened repeatedly, and after power cycling the phone and reinstalling the app. The only way to access my account is to call and get them to delete my online profile and re-register. Fun!

I was a pretty big fan of this card... until I got charged $120 in interest for owing $116 to pay it off. Called to see what was going on, twice, both time they said it would be resolved in 48 hours. I ended up saying "fix it and let me pay the difference now so it's paid off and send me a statement saying I owe a $0 balance. Got charged more than I should have, and there is $77 it says I owe now. And the payment is coming up again where it will charge me another $100+ in interest. No statement
