Great game except…

I love playing this game. However, it can be very expensive! They do have offers for collecting diamonds that are less expensive. They include making purchases and/or donations through their app. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. Currently I am missing over 16,000 diamonds after making a donation to a charity. Customer service is very hard to contact and takes too long to resolve issues. That is why I give it only 3 stars! Update: They finally awarded my diamonds. So I went up to 4 stars!

I've had the game since 2017 if I'm not mistaken. I changed my phone and went to download it to connect to my account and simply the game wouldn't let me log in. First saying that I had to disconnect from the other device, I did that, then on the new device he took away the possibility for me to put my account, I tried in every way and it wouldn't go. Just to force you to start all over again from the first level, which I'm not going to do. I'd rather never play again than start from level 1 since I've already spent a lot.

I really enjoy this experience but this software still has more issues than other similar EA games such as Design Home. I am having incredible difficult connecting my account.

Money Grabbers! I've been playing for years off n on but now it's all about buying dumb props instead of just styling an outfit. Some of my favorite things in my closet has disappeared from years ago. Now the game SELLS throwback packs for challenges which includes some of those older items. If I paid for it it should still be in my possession despite the year.

The game is very good, I love the game since 2020, but lately the updates are giving a lot of bugs, a lot of errors! I unupdated the game to log in again and it didn't give me the option to get my game progress back!
