Very buggy
Used to have issues with Depop freezing but for the past year it's been ok… until the latest update. It now just throws error messages up all the time. Either I can't look at an item or I can't look at a sellers shop because it just gives an error message. Sort it out Depop.

Consistently glitchy
The sellers and prices are great - but the platform's only consistency is how glitchy it is and can be such a nightmare to navigate. From inputting parameters and items not loading to overload issues to the algorithm not actually reading my size parameters and still loading incorrect sizes or pricing despite me entering it multiple times… It's 2023, it's easier and cheaper than ever to make a functioning app. I'd love to see these apparent “bug fixes” at work if at all. I deleted and re-downloaded the app because it was glitching. Now the app is glitching as I try to log in, sending me the same authentification code multiple times (!!), not letting me reset my password, not accepting my recovery code and now locking me out for an hour for too many log in attempts despite all my information being correct and correctly entered. I've also reported this with screenshots to the zendesk link provided in the app store. Such a mess. Let's hope this gets fixed soon or I guess I'm heading to ebay like everyone else.

i'm submitting this really bad review because it seems a bit unfair that every single review is negative if you organize them by most recent.. but somehow it shows that the app has a 5 star rating. they have no customer service and exist solely to make money off other peoples work without doing any of their own. not a cool app.. was ok before they got rid of customer service and got greedy with the fees.

It's okay although it is very difficult to navigate round the app compared to other sites similar to depop and recently when you search for a certain item the prices don't show up now so you have to click on each listing to see how much it is

Bought an item off someone. I still haven't received it. I paid through PayPal which they don't help you out with when disputing the situation. Depop themselves haven't helped when I've mentioned the item hasn't arrived. Be careful!!!

Overall, this app is good for buying and selling. However, not being able to offer to buyers is a big downside. Also, I would like to see offers become binding since a lot of people go around low-balling with no intentions of actually buying the items. Another improvement could be a button that sellers can use to refresh their listings instead of having to each one at a time, which becomes time-consuming.

App is constantly shutting down. Very glitchy and never loads the pages I search/ any messages. Also never get any notifications from the app despite having them switched on so never have any idea if someone has purchased something. Needs a lot of stuff fixed
