Used to be a great app now they send fake tracking numbers and scam you out of your money. Saying package was delivered and the dispute center is a joke. They side with scammers even though they can't track the package either. Will never use this app again

I have a package from fashionleisure21 as the seller that is lost. When I ask for the status or a refund, they just reply with a screenshot of the same thing I can already see online. There has been no update in my shipping status in almost 3 weeks and the tracking information does not work. I want a refund but the seller does not respond with anymore than a screenshot or short message that says abnormal customs clearance. They take forever to even respond that. BAD BUSINESS 👎

I bought a watch, didn't receive, I ask for refund the seller(btime)ask me to open a dispute on app but app don't allow me to do. I spend a lot of money and was thinking to still buying. Don't buy anymore and I'll share this review to all my friends.

I ordered two purses got charged for both purses plus the shipping. Received one purse, and they refused to give me my money back for the one that never made it. I have sent in pictures of the website the receipt itself saying that the purse has not been delivered. This is a rip-off. This is a scam don't waste your money
