Unacceptable, I ordered 2 dresses in the month of December and to this day there is still nothing, not even a justification from you...... no refunds, no dresses.... Enfin lost a customer

Cart keeps emptying
I don't know what to do atp… I take to pick outfit and they keep disappearing from the cart!! What's the problem??

Bad customer service
They have a bad return policy. You have to pay shipping to return plus you don't get your money back on original payment. Your money goes to a gift card. What a bad management not everyone wants a gift card. Never purchasing again. -1 out of 10.😡😡😡😡😡

can’t get ahold of anyone for defective item
for days I have been trying to submit a report for a defective item because they will not take back the item unless I write a report. I don't know what is wrong with their app. I have also tried on their website every time I go to submit a report it will not submit, I don't understand how else to return these items. It's absolutely impossible to contact these people.

I thought I would give them a try after someone recommended them via Instagram. What a mistake - an absolute trainwreck of an experience. I was canceled twice and my money hasn't been returned. I had heard some negative comments on Fashionova but I thought I'd give them a try for myself. Disappointing, would not recommend you use this.
