Fetch stole my 58,000 in points won't redeem for gift card, they are becoming a scam, don't waste any more of your time on them!

It takes a LONGG time to ever get any gift cards, but it does give you the gift cards. It took me some months to even get a gift card. Good app in general though.

You take points away (over 4000) for no reason and when asked you don't get a reply. When I first started with this app it was great now I don't think I would refer anyone

Use to be a great app!! Now they constantly are deducting my point that I earned and declining my gift cards after they are already accepted. And then my point don't go back on my account. I have been a loyal user of this app for over a year and I'm just over it. I scan every single one of my receipts correctly just for them to be erased or disappear and then not get my gift cards. This will be the last time I use this app and done referring people to use this app!!

Cashed in points for a Visa card in Dec and still don't have the card number in my email. Have contacted themany times and no resolve.

I had over 101,000 points finally enough I cashed in for 50 dollar gift card it processed they took the 52,000 point immediately while I waited for it to process,I then noticed been canceled said due to not enough points well yea bc they already took the points I try to reach out getting no where.finally I get reply saying bc I violate for submitting receipts that I didn't purchase which isn't true and would like to know how they can even base that I made those purchase. Very disappointed

No good after a year collecting my points and playing games when I cash out for Amazon card they take away more then 4 thousand points not no Amazon no more fetch for I toll you guys need my points more than me cancel my account hasta la Vista fetch I look for other app more honest

I have trouble updating my profile, I try to redeem my points and he always says that there is a problem 🙃 which I don't understand, I try in a thousand ways and nothing happens.
