There's 2 features that make this useful. The code scan and the live data. One of those don't work. 50% otherwise known as an F. Failing. Don't buy this scanner they aren't going to help the consumer and the premier is not going to help you as much as getting a scanner that reads data and learning how to use it either. Invest your money elsewhere.

0rdered for a gift was not told that I would be paying 29.95 for a 19.95 item afterwards I find a charge for 100. Dollars that I was not notified of. I am not happy and warn all fixed income not to apply for this I will be posting SCAM on social media immediately!!!!!!!!

Beware! They will auto-enroll you to Premium at $99
I've have an engine light alert on my 2019 Wrangler that my mechanic's reader couldn't decipher, so I purchased a FIXD sensor after seeing their marketing of promising grandly that the product can do just that. Whelp it didn't. It identified three “unknown issues”. Great. But then FIXD tried to charge me $99.99 (for a premium subscription I guess?). I never subscribed to it, but I am sure they tried to slide it into the fine print. RED FLAG. So now I have a gadget that fails to do what it claimed, which I'd let slide if it weren't for them charging me $99 subscription indefinitely without my permission. Returning the gadget.

I have never used this service. I got a sensor years ago but never started using it. FIXD, just today, tried to charge me $100, and i had to cancel my card because you can't delete it from your account. Now I'm stuck for at least 3 day's with out a debit card.
