Still some problems
The rewards appear generous but take time to load on to your card to redeem flybuy dollars. Also they are not generous enough in these difficult times for essential staples Missed earning points as well

Ask me to up date app go to do it and won't let me there has to be another way as this way does not work.Every time I go to use it it fails obviously fly buys Don't want to reward it loyal customers

Flybuys app is very slow
The app does not work very well. It's slow, won't recognise my face or allow me to login! It's very frustrating.

It logs me out automatically sometimes, and then every time you log in, it will send a code to your phone, which is annoying, too. You've already key in the passwords, tho. Sometimes, the offer it has already been activated, which disappeared the next day or next week randomly, so I couldn't keep on track what offer I have. They new way to redeem your points now is not the environment friendly, it used to be able to redeem onto your flybuys card to use the money that you redeem from your point
