Constantly freezes
I find it impossible to shop using this app. It constantly freezes and I have to close and restart. I've started finding what I need using the Amazon and Target app because I can never get this app to work.

Bad experience with cancellation
App not allowing to cancel right after booking. I've to wait for the item to get delivered to return and loose shipping cost!! I'll never buy from this store and don't recommend this to anyone.

Navigating with App
On my iphone 14 Pro, the app wont let me see my cart and finish a purchase. When looking at a specific item, the app doesn't go back to the previous search results so you have to search again and scan down to where you left off.

Another tiny update, another fail
Please fix the delete button on the Kohl's Cash so that it can be removed. I need to pick the KC I want to use. The app (and the website) don't show the numbers for Kohl's Cash at checkout so how am I supposed to apply the correct ones? I don't want to apply KC from a purchase that I'm going to return something and get screwed out of $10. No thank you! Please fix these issues. It's absurd.

Worst costumer service
Ordering from kohls for the holidays has been an absolute nightmare. They've dropped things from my order without giving the discount back to use elsewhere. Items have gone missing. Items are being sent too late. When I try to talk to customer service they are no help. They'll tell you they have no “power” to help so you're basically left to deal with the issues they've caused on your own. I do not recommend shopping online. If you have to shop st kohls just go to a store. New problem! I'm so sick of kohls. Every single order is an issue. Either things come damaged or don't come at all. Today I'm experiencing a new issue with them! I was finally able to use a coupon today after paying off my card. The coupon says it expires this day 4/22/24. They told me I'm not allowed to use it and expired yesterday. Which means that date on the coupon should say 4/21/24.

Can't edit my wallet
The app has an option to delete kohls cash and your gift cards but it doesn't work. I'm a volunteer and received a couple of gift cards during Christmas and they STILL show up even though I already used them.I earned kohls cash when using my gift cards and they still show up. I want to delete them off my wallet and it freezes. PLEASE FIX THIS

There's no place on the app to apply for the Kohl's store credit card or a new one. So I have nothing good to say about this app and service's at this point!
