Horrendous app
The fact that you have to login all the time just to check the status of your vehicle it's ridiculous mind. Why can't you just stay logged in? Secondly, the Apple Watch feature never works. You always have to use your phone before you use your watch at that point might as well just use the phone instead of the watch.

Was working fine until
What happened to the pay function. All off a sudden my information for payment has disappeared. When I go to add it, it only gives the option to manage subscriptions which I do not need. Wow! Would expect better from Lexus.

Does not work as intended, even with the assistance of the Lexus dealership. Disappointing that Lexus cannot build a decent app. Failed to connect my digital key that I paid for. Then after the purchase the Lexus dealership gives me documentation saying the digital key should never be relied on. Why charge customers for it then, and why not inform customers of this limitation before the purchase is finalized. Lexus, very disappointed.

So bad, makes me want to drive a Benz
lol my god. All I want to do is pay my bill and start my car when it's cold. Can't even do that. It's the most glitchy, buggy app. Their website isn't much better. I am now a day late for my monthly payment because neither the website OR app actually work. lol I'm not some boomer either, I literally work in IT working on APPS

An embarrassment to the software engineer community
After the latest update (March 2024), I can no longer check the battery status of my RZ450e EV and Prius Prime plugin hybrid. Other *advanced* lol features are out of question! From other reviews, the app can't even communicate with a car. I must be one of the luckiest. The QA and Software department team must sleep walking while at work.

Utterly useless
Was supposed to rain last night so I checked the app before going off to bed. Windows closed, the app assured me. Little did I know that this app was only referring to the FRONT windows. Then it rained all night into the back of my new car. I don't know what the point is of telling me about the status of half of the car, as half information is about as good as or worse than no information. Is it doing the same for my locks? No way am I paying for this after the free period. Most idiotic car app I've seen. Who decided this was a good product to put out there?

Terrible App - Ruining My New Car Experience
This application is absolutely terrible. I bought a new Lexus and this app has made me regret my decision. It has so many bugs. The app has seemingly even prevented my new SUV from starting on several occasions. I would recommend the app and Lexus until the company gets better technology. Absolutely awful. The poor reviews are well deserved, and I wish I had paid attention to this and bought a different brand.
