Laptop didn’t turn on
I bought a laptop for my daughter but it would turn on. Power light came on a for a sec then turned off. Verified power adapter was outputting correct voltage and tried to let charge for over an hour. Reason I give 3 stars and not 1 is that they did refund my money.

Scammers
This was the last comment I left to an operator after they told me that the warranty would not cover the repair of Face ID or face recognition and they had me for a month getting dizzy here and there to end up giving me the refusal: Well, Kevin, great, all man, the truth, how to describe the month that you have made me go through headaches, with an operator in the application who had just enough intelligence to play pétanque, going around here and there with useless links, having sent my phone and returning it to me anyway, wasting my time in sending it, Reset it again download the data, incredible the experience you have given me! You are a huge company of failures whose best job is to scam your customers! My most sincere congratulations, even if it was the last option in this world I wouldn't buy a phone from your page! Defective products, inactive after-sales service
Hi everyone, I ordered the iPad pro 2021 12.9 in perfect condition. Except that, unfortunately, the touch screen after 10 minutes of use no longer responds... Apple Pencil doesn't work with it anymore either. I had explained the situation to customer service but customer service no longer inquires about these customers after sales. I asked to return my iPad but DHL doesn't want to take it because the label is not valid. So the solution offered by back market is at my expense to pay the post... You can't rely on Back Market if you're a professional... I had made 2 purchases, and with 2 products there are technical problems... it's not all about the iPad there are farts. While I had taken the perfect state. Etc. I still have things to say... We'll see in part 2...

iPhone 14 pro failure
I bought a phone that at first looked great, more precisely an iPhone 14 except that I realized that I couldn't share my location so I went to a repairman who told me that it didn't come from me but from the mr who had refurbished it (my Back Market salesman) in the end I explain the problem to them and the people don't want to hear anything while I paid This phone and that it is faulty I don't recommend at all!
