Poor selection of models
Is this app for the uk market or a country on some other continent? Very poor choice of models. I won't be buying anymore.

Upgraded app seems slow and confused
Using app as usual, but the ability to select items and get what you want in a timely manner seems to be a bit beyond the tech.

It’s ok but
The app is Ok but where are the everyday products. The cheaper body/hair care. The M&S basic products. Why aren't the foodhall items all listed and priced showing offers. Can I check in store stock like most companies let you? I prefer to buy in store, but would like to know if it's worth going into store.

Payment link not working
Great until you come to pay then you click on ‘pay with card' option and nothing happens. The only way I could pay was with Apple Pay. Obvious glitch in the app.

Web site
I had difficulty finding the tank top in onyx. It was pictured with the trousers and jacket. I did find the web site somewhat complicated.

Great app on Mobile, not on watch
I've raised this issue with M&S before, a year ago, but no action taken to resolve it! The app on the phone is great and does what it's supposed to. However when I forget my phone, the loyalty card on the watch doesn't show a barcode or a QR code, so that I can scan at checkouts! Therefore it takes a lot of assistance and typing of the long number to accept my loyalty card! This wastes my time and your staffs, all other supermarket apps seem to have this sorted.

Misleading
Sparks offer 15% off trainers and go on to show them. When ordering a pair of trainers which are not M n S trainers, the discount wasn't applied. If this is the case, they should not appear on the site when you go to view them. VERY MISLEADING!!w
