For the second time I get a code and can't redeem it, even though I'm meticulous about making sure ALL redemption conditions are met. It's just annoying. Order went again to Zooplus - they are simply cheaper in many ways and the codes also work.

The registration form is buggy, it asks for our consent to give our personal information to MaxiZoo AND its partners. This check mark is mandatory, you cannot validate the form without checking the box.!!?? Ok for maxi zoo but why also partners? I don't want to be an advertising spammer. No thank you.

I received a discount code of 12% and was happy about it. In other words, bulk purchasing. You have to take advantage of that. Unfortunately, the voucher could not be read at checkout, even though it was properly activated by me. The lady at the checkout was unreasonable and finally I was told that they don't make the vouchers and can't help it if they don't work. That's a rip-off. I'm disappointed.

Unfortunately, registration cannot take place due to technical problems, despite reloading the app several times. So I will buy from the competition again, everything works perfectly there. What good is the 5% here if you can't use it?

actually great, but suddenly annoying problems arose
In principle, I think the app is great! Fair discounts and a great diverse online offer. However, there were annoying problems with my last order... After I ordered something online, a few days after placing the order, I got the email that an item had to be cancelled because it was sold out. In principle, no problem, but the item was apparently not cancelled properly and I neither received it nor got my money back. Then I thought to myself again: in principle no problem, there is the contact form. I wanted to send the completed contact form, but unfortunately every time I try to do this, it says "There was an error, try again later". Another item in this order arrived defective. I wanted to fill out a contact form again and send it off. Same mistake again. Even today, a few days after the first attempt, it didn't work for one or the other article. I hope this error can be fixed quickly!!
