Glitches galore
For the past several months this app has had some serious glitches. 1. It makes you confirm your ordering location every time you do anything (add an item to bag, go back, customize an item, etc) by clicking “Got it” to verify the location. It's incredibly annoying because I always order from the same location that is also marked as my favorite. 2. The order frequently doesn't go through. I get a “technical error” message, and my order is not confirmed (no order code or confirmation window or email), but my credit card is charged. I can sometimes get the order to go through if I keep trying and submit the order 8-10 times, which is always frustrating, but then it also charges my credit card for each order, even though it's not confirmed. The charges are reversed later if the order isn't picked up (while they are still pending on my card account), but I'm guessing this could be a problem for some people, especially if using a debit card or near the credit card limit. You'd think a huge corp like McD could solve their glitches quickly and make an app that people can actually use, even more so since no people at the register inside take orders anymore. I update the app any time there's a new version in hopes that the glitches will be fixed, but alas they haven't been.

Zero Points are just enough for this buggy app
Zero Points are just enough for this buggy app. Tried to install and earn points, but always get the dcs error 40006, even if I have an iPhone registered to the USA, because we are living here, but use a German phone number for data connection. Wendy's, Dunkin Donut or Burger King don't have such problems. So deinstalled the app.

Great when your not in a rush
App works great when I'm not in a rush but hangs up whenever I need it quickly. Example if I'm using the app near a McDonald's before I go in or drive thru and I'm in the parking lot seems like the app slows down and when I go to pay it will sometimes hang up or when I choose my payment method and press payment on my iPhone the payment option will just keep circling and then bring back a decline. I have to restart and then it works

Incorrect orders
There is no way to repair an order other than going into the store. Honestly it's better to just order at the counter. I don't consent to my information being sold off so there are NO rewards for using this app. Don't even get a coupon for using it. It's going into the trash like the empty paper wrappers I get through the drive through. 😆

Crashes at Payment
Lately, when I have check out to pay, I've been getting an error message and it's been pretty frequent too. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it continues to happen. It appears the app is unreliable at times.

Annoying glitch
The app is stuck thinking it is breakfast time no matter what time of day it is. It won't let me use any points towards lunch items. Please fix it.

Missing half of order
First time using the app and I am extremely disappointed. They forgot the chocolate milk AND fries from my sons happy meal. They also forgot the vanilla sundae for my other son. They also gave me root beer instead of coke. It was a small order of 5 things and they forgot 3 of them and got the soda wrong. Super disappointed.
