During a recent spring wallflower sale I brought back a gently used plug in from the collection of palm trees and sunsets. I really disliked returning it , now I wish I hadn't. it had leaked but I believe I could have saved it with a good alcohol swabbing. What burns my biscuits most is you are given in return the lowest cost wallflower plug in. I've decided to not buy anymore of the specialty decor ones. It doesn't come out fair in the end in my opinion. If I had it to do over, I'd kept it.

couple glitches like when I click on something and try to go back to my cart it won't load so I have to close the app and open it again in order to view the items in my cart. but other than that it works great!

to many scent changes. I love Bath & Body, but I'll find a scent I really like but once it's used up, they don't have it Amy more.

App restarts, empties my cart, freezes...lots of problems. Also, had a gift card saved to my account but when I'm ready to use it, there's no way to just add the gc balance to my total...I had to go back and forth from my wallet to my cart to type in the number and PIN. What was the point of adding the gift card to my wallet when I still have to manually punch in all the numbers?? I couldn't even copy and paste the gc number; I had to manually put them in.

used the promo code for free candle and free shipping, bus as far as I can tell I am only getting the free shipping...no indication of the candle and no way to tell how to get it.
