Heb app is horrible especially if you have medicine to get. Have to sign in and allow everytime not fingerprint sensor for biometric sign in not a good app at all

The app didn't allow me to cancel an order. The button wasn't there. They probably need to fix that. Otherwise the app is great.

Can't add a payment method on two different phones for our new heb that opened in N Fort Worth. Deleted the app and tried again. Still can't order anything.

Good some times but half the time your time slot means nothing.

The separate pharmacy app was better
The pharmacy portion of this app doesn't list the information that I used the old app for the most—the date I last filled a particular prescription. It was also easier to navigate for multiple family members. The grocery portion of the app would be better if it was easier to change the store I am shopping in. Every week I'm in at least 3 HEBs depending on what part of town I am in.

I love this app. But I haven't been able to open it since the last update. It tells me there are bugs. I'm going to try to uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully, that helps.

Because I do not have an account and every time I try to create one it keeps telling me that I do and so I sit still for a password and it never seems to make a code or anything like that so I am done with this app you stupid app does not give you a choice do you even find your account I am so done

This app used to work great, but now I have to log in every time I open it, it never shows me my receipt (it says "something went wrong"), and when it tells me that they had to give me substitutions the link to see what they are never works. When I have my groceries delivered, there is no way to check what I ordered against what I actually received . So twice I haven't received items but didn't realize u til I needed them.
