We saved £15 of points only for it to vanish and them then not do anything about it. Very disappointed with the app and their service.

When it works it is great, can collect lots of points. But most the time scan my card at checkout and none of the points are collected, although I do get the more card prices because cashier tells me price and beep goes my card and it is little cheaper but none of the points get accumulated (because on receipt it says 0 points this shop) So I don't understand why it isn't collecting points. Stuck on the same points since Easter now, should have gotten fiver voucher. Disappointed

app good, rewards terrible, I've been saving 5-6 months and still don't have a £5 reward, I get more points and rewards from every other supermarket reward system and most I don't use half as much, and the only reason I use the app is for the discount on the meal deals now

It’s okay to track points.
Don't know why I bother with this app, I've spent hundreds of pounds and not got the points because the machine in store isn't working! As for the app itself, it keeps track of the points okay. It shows offers that don't exist and when you can find them you have to activate them. I dislike it and I dislike the shop! Avoid it whenever I can.

If I could give this app less than one star I would, I'm not sure what has happened to it as this has not always been a issue with me but for months now the app keeps logging me out, I contacted the support team I did everything they suggested which has not helped at all, cannot see the point in contacting them again. I wouldn't waste your time downloading it.

I can't get in to the app, it doesn't really work well and it seems to have the lowest amount of points, I don't get points for purchasing or home deliveries it's not worth it unless you buy all the products they recommend.

I can't get into my account after the app failed and the password reset function isn't working - I'm not receiving the reset email, yet I'm still receiving marketing emails. Even when I could get into the app, it would take ages to loads, which isn't ideal when I'm at the till with a queue of people behind me getting frustrated.
