No longer repair or help with designer shoes
I will no longer be buying designer shoes from Nordstrom. The manager of the KOP shoe department told me that they no longer repair, replace or offer assistance with sending them back to Valentino for repair. My Valentino rubber rockstud thongs pulled out of the sole. Dealt with Valentino directly as suggested by the salesperson at Neiman Marcus. Also Neiman does offer these services.

Keeps freezing
Ever since your latest update your app continually freezes and you have to close out completely and restart to get it to work again. It is really frustrating. Prior to the latest updates this app always works great and was easy to use.

Keeps freezing
Just over the last two days whenever I click on an item and go to the product display page, the app completely freezes and won't unfreeze no matter how long I wait. It makes shopping completely impossible. I can browse with no issues, it only happens when I click into the PDP.

It was great before the update ,now I can't even look through more than 10 or 15 items @ a time . You have to know specific things to look for or your never going to find anything. How am I supposed to shop ? please fix this problem

It's great at communicating when items on your wish list are back in stocks and/or have a price reduction. I only took away one star because the app doesn't have size charts.

Updated the app and there is a major lag when scrolling now. The preview photos load very slowly too, which is causing eyestrain quickly. Please fix it

Overall, great app. Sometimes, the reviews don't show up, and the Outfit Ideas section is terrible, hideous combinations that aren't in keeping with the Nordstrom brand.
