Complaint/Processing
Ordered complete bath mats. Delivery not impeccable, poorly hemmed on a small mat. Complaint announced and thus a scenario of unspeakable imagination detached. An incomprehensible expense regarding the invoice amount (deduct the small mat) as well as the return (photo documentation would have been sufficient) of the mat in question. A simple replacement delivery would have been perfectly sufficient, but not possible because of the statutes. Ultimately, you have to place a new order (thus complete the set again) and have the shipping costs cancelled in Avis for invoice settlement with prior agreement with the accounting department... 🙈🙈🙈 The chaos continues. A good week later I received the new bath mat. Is in color white... 😳 , not as ordered in nature. The curious thing is that you can't choose in white on the Otto site online New the same procedure from the beginning. The whole thing would only have to be rated with a minus star. Unimaginable....🙈

Dear Otto, getting help by writing and chatting is maddening. For days I can't log in to my account and there's no way to change it before I log in🤨🙄 Changed my password and still it doesn't work. I have an open account and don't know how to get it. All you have to do is call???? So far, it has worked fine 🥴

Good selection and high transport costs
The selection is good, due to the merging of different providers. However, this leads to higher transport costs, as every provider except Otto charges transport costs. This can only be seen at check-out.

The app is quite good in itself, but I always get logged out after a certain time and then I can't log in even though my log in data is correct. When registering, you don't get a confirmation email for registration, that could be the reason. That's what you should work on. I also just tried to log in by date of birth and customer number, but an "error" occurred. I want to register for the 3rd time, only to have the same thing happen later. fix please
