Doesnt always connect. And on mulitiple occasions i had to pay double because it didnt take the payment the first time.

rather than display actual remaining time on a machine, it shows cumulative time since you last used it - it currently shows hundreds of hours overdue in the "time remaining" section

Can’t log in with my google account anymore
Not sure what happened one day I was logged out and when I tried to sign back in to use the money on my account it wouldn't let me log in anymore. Used to be a great app but if it's not going to let me access my money on here then it's trash.

Cringe and scummy
You guys do what is expected. You do your job, yeah. But youre also soooo cringe with giving people fees for paying lower than $10 and also not letting us do custom amounts. I mean i get youre hoping that we just accidentally dont do the math and we pay more than we need and will have money left over, but thats super scummy. Thanks for doing my laundry tho you bum

Washers and dryers that say they are available are not available and you have to take the time to move your clothes and end up losing your laundry soap.

You won’t get a refund
Make sure you only load as much as you'll use. I added $25 because it was the default but you can lower that to what you truly need. There's options on the app to ask for a refund. I've requested it twice without any response so I gather I wasted about $21 The app worked great for what I needed : which was a washer and dryer while on vacation

Bad App
I moved into some apartments that use this app for washing. I live on the second floor and this app doesn't work as it should. It never shows if the washer and dryers are available. But the biggest problem with this app is it takes money from your account without authorization. I use various apps on my phone and this has got to be the worst one. When it takes the money from your accounts without your authorization. Your account could very well go negative. My advice, if you use this app get a card you can load money on to, don't use your bank debit or credit card. Or if you have PayPal use that account.
