Would not let me sign in using this app after trying multiple times. I can sign in just fine on the website and every time I use the app it says, " Sorry! We dug around for the page but can't seem to find it." I've tried uninstalling it, resting my password and clearing the cashe, everything I could think of. I figured the app would be more convenient, but yeahh if only it would work.

This app is garbage. It won't let me sign in on the app, it has to open a web browser for whatever reason and REFUSES to stay logged in for even a minute. It constantly hiccups. Good luck trying to get your rewards.

Apple Wallet support greatly needed
All I want is the ability to add my Vital Care rewards card to Apple Wallet.

Fine til checkout
Everything goes fine until checkout. When I chose pickup, I entered payment, car type, etc. then I was told not in stock, change my order. I did but had to renter car and payment again. Can you figure out a way to determine inventory before checkout please.

Not working
I literally don't get it. I have to sign in and it takes me to the website and then it wants me to go back to the app and the app says I'm not logged in.

App is now garbage. Idk what updates they did but no matter how many times you sign in, it never connects with the app and never saves it now. Before, the app made it easy to schedule appointments and place orders, not anymore.

Worst app ever I can never sign in and on the off chance I can it loads infinitely I have to order special food for my cat and it doesn't help when I'm trying to for hours to get the app to work. Would give it 0 stars if I could useless app

this app is the worst. it never works when i try to purchase my dogs food. their is always an error or saying to try again later but when i use the actual website it works so much better. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP JUST USE THE WEBSITE
