It’s good, but could be better
It's a pretty standard app. Some store apps have more options such as a scanner or telling you which isle a product is in. Grooming part of the app has multiple steps and you can't do multiple pets at a time, this is where an update should be made. Unfortunately when you go to put in an appointment for one animal, by the time you get to the next there may not be an appointment at the same time or an hour after the one you just made.

Can't checkout. It says the credit card cant be validated but the information is exactly the same as the last few times I ordered. Can't even use paypal since the app freezes after the update. To top it off, my cart was deleted. I hope this isn't going to be the new normal, otherwise I'll just deal with waiting a day or two for Chewy

We need more time options instead of just big jumps because my dog needs food every 6 or 7 weeks but it jumps from 4 weeks to 8 but 4 is too early and 8 is to late

app is useless for Canadian users. only allows for US addresses to be entered on the shipping page and has none of my order history. I am forced to use their website or go to another pet store

Terrible. Birth date is a required field when adding a pet. It defaults to January 2010 and the only way to get to a more recent date is to hit the right arrow for every month. There's no way just to type in the day.

The site is fine and works well. It's the actual store itself. Unable to buy specific diet food for my dog. I have a prescription but seems to be the most difficult thing to do. Funny thing is that nobody would buy the special diet food normally because it's 4x the price and they make it seem like it's in demand.
