Fix your GPS
Despite contacting several times to have this glitch fixed, postemates/uber's GPS system thinks two different streets are the same street.

Never follow instructions on utensils
Ridiculous , why can't they bring utensils. I never ask unless I absolutely need them because of the trash it creates. But sometimes you have no choice.

Recently, I ordered from two different places on two different days, and both times the order was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and they were unable to either refund me or provide any compensation. I called the restaurants to correct the items, and both times the restaurant told me to ask "Postmates" to refund me or help me. Again, as I have already stated, this application and its customer service are no help at all!!!

The fact that they make you tip BEFORE you even receive your order is absurd. I placed an order for some pet store items and requested replacements if the items were not found. I gave a bigger tip since some of the items were bulky. The shopper apparently didn't find the basic items I requested, and also didn't bother to offer any replacements. I guess he only wanted to deliver one small item and keep the big tip. I couldn't adjust the tip after the order was delivered. Don't order from this app

The customer service on the app compared to other applications is lacking. It feels like I'm talking to a robot. Today i dissabled the app from my phone my delivery person and I both had a bad experience with the application customer service. I ended up getting charged for a canceled order and the application honestly felt robotic. I got no help and still gpt charged. Im going to call my credit card to see if they will help but this is just silly. The reps waisted everyones time and my $

Postmates Has asked me to rate the app plenty of times recently but I have to say that it recently I've had some of the worst service I've ever had previously I had decent luck with post mates but now at least 50% of the time the something wrong with the food and the credits in promos don't make up for it I've had 3 wrong orders in a row in the same day. I feel that door - makes up for their mistakes much better. The small cart fee drives me crazy they try to nickel and dime you

I applied for a promo code which didn't get applied and the order was placed. So i got charged a lot. Very bad experience. This happened twice
