Ita alright except when you get to the electronics. Laptops worth 700$ are being sold for 1900$ end total cash. Even if you rent it, that's so bad and not worth it. And people who are clueless to laptops might not even know how badly they are getting ripped off

Won't live up to advertising
Even before this new trade up and bring what you've paid to a newer or different item you were always suppose to be able to upgrade phones whenever you want. Well apparently not at my store. I'm being forced to pay off a phone I hate before I can get an upgrade. Which won't be happening I've recently been approved by a competitor for stuff I want at lower costs. I'll be returning this phone shortly once my new comes in. Thanks for pushing me to look for better opportunities in the rent to own marketplace. All because you won't stand by your own policies and let me upgrade to an item I actually want.

UPDATE 5 STARS TO 1 STARS. I WAS REALLY EXCITED THAT RAC HAS THE APP. THE PROBLEM I CAN SAY IS THAT WHEN I MAKE MY PAYMENTS NEITHER IN THE APP NOR WEBSITE SHOW THAT I OWE MORE THAN I DO. HIGHLY P.O. FOR INSTANCE IVE BEEN PAYING ON MY LAPTOP ITS STUCK SHOWING THAT I STLL HAVE 21 PYMTS LEFT WHEN I ACTUALLY HAVE 16 PYMTS LEFT I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET THE REAL AMOUNT AND PAYMENTS THAT I HAVE LEFT. I FEEL LIKE IM BEING SCAMMED 2 PAY MORE MONEY THEN I ACTUALLY OWE. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
