Does not work for me
I have used this app for about a week and a half thinking it might be a better version of shop. It has Not worked for a single package… 2 packages never showed up on the app, one Amazon package that was delivered yesterday still says it's in the shipping phase and the package I ordered that recommended using this app says carrier tracking issue. My other tracking app I use has had no problem with any of these though and has worked no problem

It's a great tracking app, but I find that the delivery updates don't update when the package arrives.

Worked beautifully until my email was disconnected recently. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and my email seemed to be connected again. Now I can't automatically track packages ordered with that email. I can't connect with any support via the app either. Frustrated.

6 days with only "Awaiting ETA" 5 hours after Package was delivered, Route finally updated to delivered.

Clearly this app is purely a data mining scam. Providing a completely unnecessary 3rd party service. Shame on any companies doing business with them

Had to download this because a product I purchased could not be tracked any other way. You have to give it complete access to your email account, which is a massive privacy issue, because it functions by scanning every email you receive for tracking information instead of connecting/working with the companies that send the orders or ship them. To top it off for me, it didn't even work for the one product I needed it to track.

App is useless and doesn't function properly at all. Tracking often doesn't update or updates hours late. Duplicate tracking of same item. Orders that don't exist. I like the idea of this app but it is poorly executed. Doesn't even feel like it was tested.
