Not useful for Amazon
Wanted to use for multiple Amazon orders but the app gives no description so you only get a long list that says “Amazon” without knowing what was ordered. Also does not confirm delivered of Amazon orders.

This app is garbage
I'd LOVE to review it based on the content of the app… but even after submitting the correct passwords, it won't even allow me to connect my email or my Amazon account to track my orders. I literally cannot do anything with this. What a waste.

Nice app but.. / Bell’app ma..
The app itself works just fine I was able to track most of my orders with it, some italian domains just straight up didn't pick up but websites like dbrand or gfuel did work. The BIGGEST problem this app has is that it automatically creates filters on your gmail and they have added keywords like “bank” or “package” to it so my important bank emails and other 2FA related emails were automatically sent to the trash. I don't know what they were thinking. Better not to use it imo. ——————IT—————- L'app funziona, sono riuscito a tracciare la maggior parte dei miei ordin, alcuni domini italiani non vanno, ma siti web come dbrand o gfuel funzionano. Il problema di questa app è che crea automaticamente filtri su gmail e hanno aggiunto parole chiave come "banca" o "pacco" e e-mail importanti bancarie e altre e-mail relative a cose come 2FA sono state cancellate automaticamente. Non so cosa stessero pensando quando hanno fatto sta cosa. Sconsiglio di usarla onestamente.

“Route” doesn’t show the route
It is hilarious that it just shows I have an order out there and when it's supposed to arrive. Doesn't show me where it is, but the app will show you where it came from once you receive it, thank god! This app is pointless.

Can’t use without giving access to email inbox
Unless I'm not understanding correctly you need to give access to your gmail inbox to use this app. Why not just let me click a link from my email?

The most garbage thing this year has to offer
The company I bought a package from uses this to track the packages. They require you to download this app and once I download it and give me zero tracking information the entire time. Then it arrived at my house. I hate this app so much.

Route: Package Tracker
I had been using the AfterShip's app for about 3 to 6 months before learning about Route's app. I find Route's app to be very user friendly and more accurate than AfterShip. However, AfterShip gives users the ability to manually mark ALL orders as delivered, including grocery/merchandise pickup orders. This allows the orders to be removed from the active tracking list to the “history” tracking list. I would love for Route's app to function the same way instead of only being able to resolve things via the Merchant's Customer Service or Help Center. It is very irritating when you're dealing with a Merchant that doesn't allow us to resolve issues via the Route's “resolve” option. Outside of that, this is perfectly functioning app. ~Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max

Bad
Couldn't figure out how to track my package and now I accidentally set the package to delivered when it's not and now I can't do anything with it because it thinks it's delivered when it's not, there should be an option to undo this action.

Was great for a while, now it’s too inaccurate to use
This worked great for a few months. Regardless of where I ordered from, the app would pick up the order in my email and let me know when to expect it. Something changed and very few shipments show accurately in the app. I have to keep going in and manually delete packages that arrived that the app still can't find or it's telling me something arrived that didn't. It's disappointing because I loved the app when it worked!
