Limited options
I normally shop at the Sam's Club in Wesley Chapel, but I found myself in Tampa today and shopped in Carrollwood. While much busier than the Wesley Chapel location, and much harder to get in and out of, I was disappointed that many of my favorites were not carried in this store. I always assumed Sam's Club inventories were the same at each location. I have proven myself wrong.

Not delivering to my house
Sam's Club has always delivered to my house. This week when I tried to order delivery it said it is not available. This is a huge disappointment as I have a Sam's credit card and do most of my shopping with the store. How can this be fixed?

Pros & cons
I love having the app to order items for pick up but it is often glitchy, slow and errors. Convenient app but not the best tech

Bad
The app. Is very bad in navigation, and your check out routine is Anita mare. Make it easier for older adults. I'm 75 and it Wes a nitemare for me. Please get your act together I know your smarter than me. And would appreciate it . Thanks Robert Grey

Security code issues
Updated card info and entered security code. Made purchase thru app had trouble completing order - asking for security code again! When trying to add it to my transaction couldn't enter it until I hit the box ‘just right'! Half hour later finally was able to enter my security code and complete my order! Thank you!

SAM’S CLUB CASH ERROR?!
When I went to check out with the same club cash I got a error. I closed out and tried again got the error again!! I removed the cash savings and it went through! Why wouldn't it let me use my money?!
