Car wash remote does not work
I can never get the remote function working for my new flex pass. It used to work just fine for my last wash pass.

Would be better if when you select not to use your stacked up rewards, it would acknowledge that and not force you to use them. Other than that, it's not a bad app.

Joke don’t download
The app is a joke forgot email doesn't work and no response from emails to them advising so. Don't waste your time. Plenty of other stations with better services.

Terrible initial setup but works
The absolute dumpster fire that is signing up for an account is required and horrendous. Once you get it set up then the app works fine. I wish I could just pay and not have to give them my info, and also skip that joke that is their password requirements, but no can do.

Cannot Link Air Miles account. Getting error "net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" when you click on link account option.

Can’t add payment method
I'm trying to add a new payment method and the app wants to send a security code to my number, and never does. Turn off 2FA and it still wants to send the code to my nonexistent phone number. Not the best customer service experience you want in an app.

Mobile pay is very reliable and convenient. Associates your account with your air miles. Lost star because I couldn't search for a station with a car wash. Edit: nevermind, I found it, but I'd rather an option to be added in the main station search

Won’t verify email
It is just a vicious loop of sending me an email to verify, but when I click verify, it just takes me right back to the app screen that says check email to verify. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried verifying from a computer (would not work) tried resending email 5 times. Never worked. I have given up.
