Useless app. Wish that companies would stop using this to track shipping. A shioping number is easier to see tracking for and its more accurate.

Why do I have to open this app and load this app Justice check the status of an order that I ordered from sunylife/peachd,,,,, I really don't even know if that's a real company. Because I just want to know the status of my order and they keep directing me to you and then want a credit card just for a dollar which is refundable, so they say I've already paid for my order and I'm not giving out my bank information to anyone else. Sorry ,,, but this is who the company is directing me too. ???

This app has typically been spot on and sometimes better tracking than the accounts it is tracking. BUT the last month or so has been horrible. It started where I had to log into Amazon multiple times a week. For the last couple of weeks, it will not link to Amazon at all. I've tried every possible fix as well. I do love the app, but if this can't be fixed, I don't think I will be keeping the app. The app still works for the most part but not with Amazon.

The app had glitches in the past that were remedied, but now it doesn't work with Amazon at all anymore. Just a page that constantly reloads and eventually displays an "Error loading page" message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it didn't fix anything.

Useless app, can't even change my phone number, it's still saying that I have a different phone that is broken, get someone else who knows how to put a web site on here, useless.

I liked it, until I had a transaction that went through on my credit card that doesn't give me any invoice on the app and it tells me in my card statement that this app in question as a transaction initiator. It really disgusted me with the app since it shows me that my data is not protected, which should be the basis of this kind of app. Download it, you open your bank account to fraudsters.

This app was useful until now April 2024. I can't place my regular Shop orders. There's a bug in the app that keeps telling me to change my address when I always use the same shipping address each time I place a specific order. Now I can't order anymore from my favorite shop. Total nightmare. The app has also hijacked my phone. Evertime I try to order directly on the website of my favorite shop it still pops up and blocks me from making my order despite having uninstalled the Shop app.
