App ok but not great
The app won't display full screen on iPad which is a shame . Overall we find very very good

Very good prices and optional ways to pay
I dont buy a lot from here but the things i have bought have been iphones, ipads and other electrical items. Have found them to be very competitive, delivery is quick and safe with a choice of home or shop/post office. I have usually chosen a buy now pay later option and this is where you can fall down if you dont pay on time. The interest added can be quite expensive, but they inform you well and its up to the customer to make sure its paid. I havent had to return anything so i cant comment on customer services Im happy and will continue to buy from here

Pay in 3 doesn’t always work
A few times now when I've added order to my account they have taken the whole amount rather than a third of the money, which has made me go overdrawn with my bank. If I return the item/s I then have to call them for a refund and have to wait for a cheque, so I've been overdrawn longer and the guy on the phone doesn't know why it happens. Can't understand why they can't refund it back to the account it came from, perhaps need to update their system. On a positive the Very sale is always very good and have managed to get myself one or 2 bargains.

Laggs a bit
When your on the app for more than an hour it starts lagging and shuts down. I had to reinstall twice for it to work again.

Easy to use
This app is very easy to navigate. The only downside is if you click to look at an item the constant pop ups telling you how many other are viewing it, how many have been brought. It's very annoying when you just want to browse what you went on the site to buy.

Codes on offer invalid
Rubbish being offered codes for discounts and when they don't even work! Advertised on products(VTQBK) Disappointing when a long standing customer!!!!
