Unfortunately, my app crashed. After a restart/installation, my displayed status is at 01/24.Have tried everything, but current data is out of the question. Also, I can no longer connect online since this day, i.e. my navigation system is dead.

I miss the annual overview, the complicated switching to history. (3 months 2023 missing) And also missing a more prominent icon that the car is locked. Taking the good out of the old and improving the new one should be the purpose.

App has been updated, but you could send the route to your car via the app (not that I ever managed to do that) but that's out now. Still can't use the app in the car, only on my phone. Keeps indicating that my password is incorrect. And why do I see rides from more than a year ago? Can't delete them .try to see if my husband is already on his way ?? Nope, see this morning's and this afternoon's ride. And a long series of older ones that I wanted to see from last April, gone??

The application is simply no longer of any use, the data of my car have remained at those of December and also to book the service it is better to call the workshop directly because from the app it is useless since it no longer takes into account the updated data of my car

The Toyota Eurocare phone numbers for inside and outside Ireland are reversed! The 1800 number should apply INSIDE the user's country!

Once again the app has 'successfully removed from my account' my vehicle this removing all of my trip data. I have not asked or done anything in the app to request removal., This is the second time in 2 months that this has happened .
