I have wait on the phone for Very long periods of time just to have my call dropped. Poor customer service team. Long wait when picking up medications either inside the store or even the drive thru. I told management this after standing in line for 30 minutes and at least 12 to 15 people behind me and nothing was done! At one point the wrong prescription was given to me ! I was the one who caught this BIG MISTAKE! Your store is in serious need of better management and customer service.

I just TRIED to place an FSA order for Eye Drops. You accepted my FSA card information, but I still owed 5¢. So I added my bank debit card, and all my personal information again, only to have you keep asking me for it over and over again! After the FIFTH time, I said THE HECK WITH THIS!!! I will NEVER attempt another Walgreens order again!!!

App is broken. When you try to check your prescription it can't send you the code to verify and says service is unavailable. Hopefully they fix this as it makes the app unusable.

Review on app: 5:31 pm Saturday I am requesting refill of a normal maintenance Rx. The app is going to fill 'script no earlier than 2 pm on Monday & will not let me change pickup to tomorrow. Have to call!!

The update messed it up. The app has become useless. When trying to log in with 2-step verification it gives a message that the feature isn't working. I called a number it showed and that person sent an email for me to reset my password. When doing so I ran into the same problem. Please fix this bug. I use this app regularly.
