Tried over and over again to get this app to work with the blood pressure device, totally useless

I address my wife to a family Account and everything worked fine. Today she Trier to change her profile picture. Since then the app starts always with my profile. She can see and edit her profile but she has no longer access to her data. Unbelievable. No idea what to now.

I agree with the other comments about the poor UI of the graphs which forces you to look by week/month/quarter/year, which makes it impossible to read them at the beginning of the period. A view of the last 7/30/90/365 days would be more ergonomic. Also, I'm not sure I understand the usefulness of the gray line when "exploring the data". I guess it's supposed to be a smoothed curve to see the big trends, but it's behaving more erratic than the blue line.

The app can't find my watch, while the Bluetooth yes, the error message is inappropriate (connect to the internet, which is the case as shown in this comment, and the support is unreachable (blank page and endless hourglass).

It's good but annoying when it tells you that you have reached your goal but then somehow readjusts so the goal is missed

Missing is the total calories expended in the day. cardio score walks randomly even when turning on GPS and off energy saving Not score V02 max Missing the recommendations related objects withings it measures what it is for what.

Can't disable "motivational" push notifications. Constant emails with upsell attempts. Graphs are almost useless – there's no way to specify custom interval. The "pinch to zoom" seems to just animate to a preset time windows which makes it extremely frustrating, it would be better to drop the gesture when it works this poorly. You can't smoothly slide through dates, but page through an entire time window at a time."Explore data" doesn't support landscape mode. Wish I'd bought Garmin instead...
