It won'tet me change my age, I am 17 and it says I'm 23, so annoying

I had it for a while but then it just disappeared and i got it again but it wont even let me make an account and everytime i add a photo of me it just says "are you sure its you" and won't let me get past the page no matter what photo of me i use, it was way easier and better before it disappeared.

This app was nice before but now it's impossible to get past the verification screen. It says to put a clear picture of my face but everytime I do it still does not work.
