HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK INSURANVE ACCEPTANCE! My experience with the app was Meh... App worked okay. It worked for recommending a PCP for me. It read my insurance card and noted they took my insurance - HOWEVER, provider isn't considered in-network! Provider also had issues getting forms filled out in app, and my insurance card. Had to fill out everything at provider and hand over card. What's the point when having to do it twice.

Front for less qualified physicians
The docs on here are a “front” for less qualified physicians. You likely won't get an appointment with the “doc” you selected, or anyone nearly as qualified. Ditch this “bait and switch” app.

I could’ve saved 5 min
I see commercials for this app every 2 minutes. I went through the process of creating an account just to find out that there are literally no providers at all near me that accept my insurance. That's probably not true but they aren't in this app. Thanks.

Absolutely awful
Almost all we're out of network. Suggestions were for specialists of other categories. Symptoms of fatigue and one chiropractor was recommended. Waste of time for sure!

Booking is easy, but each appointment I booked the office called to cancel or reschedule do to the app double booking smdh!

Not great
Works about one out of five times. Go through the whole process and it says I have to call the doctor's office because of a tech issue.

I made my doctor's appointment through zocdoc When I get to the doctor's office they had no record of me making the appointment through this app. . I don't think this is any good. But that was my experience so not using this anymore.

No response from Zocdoc. made an apointment. Recieved verification of the appointment. Now 2-1/2 Hrs after appointment time and they still have not responded. I have no idea if the App works, but I do know that Zocdoc does not work.
