So frustrating
Was given new card by ABSA and it keeps getting declined, in spite of ample funds being available. It is so frustrating to have to go back to the bank several times over before something works properly.

App keep crashing at startup. Just installed it minutes ago to start using the banking app. So in all fairness can't give any insight into the app except that it crashes on startup.

Please learn from Capitec Bank how to properly set up a decent banking app. This app is super slow and cumbersome. You need to step up and improve please.

Worst app I've ever used. Offers free meals when you log into rewards it says unavailable. Offered as credit card when I entered all my details it says I'm not a South African Citizen. Emailed them my identity card and proof of address over a month ago now get a message saying they closing the call without even trying to help

Still can't download statements regardless of installing a pdf reader. Still can't use app to get statements via email. Received a message to order new card, but the option on the app is to stop the current card and order a new one. So I'll have to resort to CashSend while waiting for my new card. What's wrong with the old card being stopped when the new one is linked to profile? Please fire whoever is the brains behind your app, the person frustrates me.
