Clients (myself) always have problems to speak to a consultant regarding my credit card. Any query (there is no personal contact). Only voice options available. Why is there no voice prompt (option) to speak to a consultant? And the client services are not able or allowed to call back. It's costly for the client to wait for a reply. I find it most difficult and had to call several times to find out why I am not receiving my credit card? Status showed "at couriers". I reported thus 3 times.

Great App But From Time To Time It's Out Of Order, (I.P Address Unreachable At This Time /Date Like 1st Day Of The Month). Oh & It's Lottery Price Is High Like They Force You To Play 2 Boards Of The Same Game (Powerball / Lotto / Daily Lotto) Instead Of One Like Other Banks, If That Isn't Enough They Still Bill On Every Play You Make. Please Explain This ABSA

Instead of notifying me when the app is due for an update, the app just starts acting up. It makes you login over and over until the passcode locks. Please add a notification for when the app is out of date. I have left a review like this but all I get is "how to update and app". I know HOW to update the app. I would like to know WHEN to update it.
