Immediately fire those who made the new app, it doesn't let me log in, and what are those things about logging in with a number of rewards?, use email like everyone else, incredible the people you hire from IT today to save a few pesos.

Failures: It is impossible to enter with an Aeromexico account. Even worse, trying to log in by "forgot my password". As a sales strategy, they make it difficult to buy flights with a "classic" fare. Sometimes it is impossible and it is necessary to choose the next most expensive option. The interface is slow, inefficient, and pitiful. Amazing how this app has been with so many shortcomings for years. It would be a great idea to deploy an audit to the team in charge of bringing this application to production and monitoring its quality processes.

It asks to log in with AM Rewards all the time but if I want to register, my email is already registered, if I want to log in it shows me an error that it does not find the account. I put it to recover account to know the 13-digit number, and when I try to enter it in the app it turns out that 9 digits are needed. Their system is impossible. The worst thing is that I was automatically checked in and I can't find where or how to download the boarding pass.
