The app is useless
I just created my username, I verified my account through the email and when I was about to log in it tells me account blocked for having exceeded the limit of attempts when it is the first time. He asks me to wait 24 hours. I had already installed the app for a personal flight before and I uninstalled it because it never worked; Now, for a business flight it's exactly the same.

All basic features fail
They need to hire developers from the other major airlines. Can't check-in or find boarding pass without going to website and entering reserv and name. (The app should know this.) App doesn't retain any of your passenger info for ease of purchasing tickets. More time is wasted on this app; just do everything on the web.

App Crashes Immediately After Logging In
I've deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. Using a brand new iPhone. The minute I enter my member number and password, the app crashes and shuts down. Then I get an email with a login verification code. Basically unusable.

They must improve it
It always has problems, keeping open and making purchases with my Aeromexico Rewards, it is very complicated, it usually closes by itself I hope version 2.0 corrects these problems.

I stop working
When I opened the app it started loading and after a few seconds the app closed. I deleted it and then downloaded it and "solved" the problem but now when I enter my data to log in and click on enter, the app closes.
