Check-in never works
I can never check in on the application, I always get errors and I have to do it on the page, in addition to the fact that although I have my session open, during the check-in I always have to enter my data such as email, phone and premier club number. Sometimes it gets stuck and doesn't update the statuses of flights and gates

Very untimely
Very bad app, asks for update every three days and just when you need your boarding pass it doesn't load. It also doesn't allow you to check in for international travel

Fraudulent company
To be avoided urgently. Both the app and the site are riddled with bugs. Our booking supposedly "didn't go through" even though we had paid and got a confirmation message. 10 calls to customer service later, when the line was not mysteriously cut, we were told that there was "nothing they could do for us" even though we had paid extra to freeze prices, which was charged. I've never seen such an unreliable service. Don't waste your time...

Useless
No up-to-date info on the flights, no updates, no ability to load and check the status of the last leg of a trip from My trips area. Massively useless and heavy - takes forever to load
