Can’t login to use my mobile app
I changed my phone last month. And after that i have been unable to use the app on the new phone. I have gone to the bank, but there was nothing much they could do for me as they could not figure it out. I have called customer care and they can't seem to find a solution for me. It will soon be a month soon and i still don't have access. Nobody is telling me anything and i'm just here watching. The day i went to the bank i had to withdraw my money so i won't be left stranded. Now see what is going on

iPhone 8+ is not working with ALAT app🥺
Since I changed my phone to iPhone 8+ some couple of months ago, haven't been able to use my ALAT app on it.... The error showing is, whenever I want to login,the app request for my face through camera & after I took the picture & proceed, the response I'm getting is “hi face doesn't match”🥺 Please tell ur developers to do something quick about this because this is disheartening & very painful 😥

This app is really not working well. I not send money out try all means but still not working. My Alat pin is not working and i cannot reset it..... this is really madness n it's not scam sorry i can't give u any stars

Avoid this bank
I sent below yesternight but until now I didn't get any response from the bank Dear Wema Bank Customer Service, My name is Shehu Yusha'u Abubakar, and I am writing to address a concern regarding my Wema account, which I opened through the Wema ALAT app on February 10, 2025. After successfully creating my account and crediting it with two hundred and two thousand naira (#202,000) on the same day, I noticed that the account status unexpectedly changed to "debit restricted." I reached out to your customer care team and also visited the branch located on Murtala Muhammad Way in Kano State in hopes of resolving the issue and accessing my funds. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would be unable to do so for seven working days. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but has also resulted in financial repercussions for me, as I had intended to send this money to a business partner. During my visit to the branch, I observed that I was not alone in my concerns; several other customers were also expressing frustration over their inability to access their funds. I appreciate the challenges that banks may face, but I urge Wema Bank to take swift action to resolve these issues for its customers. I kindly request that you look into this matter, as it is critical for me to regain access to my funds. I hope for a resolution by tonight; otherwise, I may need to escalate this issue to the Central Bank of Nigeria. NDIC and consider seeking legal advice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Totally frustrated , why would this wema Alart just remove all my money that I just received and confirm in my account without any trace or whatsoever and they won't let me open my transactions history like what's happening here , the customer cares aren't even helping, telling me that kind of transaction hasn't been made on my account like how?? The money I received an alert from my email that have received some money and reaching the next day your telling me such transaction hasn't taken place in my account? That's insane I just need my money back please !!

for a bank I have been using for over 5 yet they restrict my account because of address verification that doesn't take more than 24 hours, they have restricted my account for over one month which is very frustrating wema isn't a bank to use anymore I'm switching to commercial bank more easy to access customer service.
