This app is the worst. I tried signing up and it keeps of hanging and telling me something is wrong. I didn't even get a chance to use it. I don't like it at all

My account has been debit restricted for days now, I uploaded all documents as needed . I called the customer care line and complained, ever since then their number hasn't been going I decided to use another number in calling, they managed to take up the call I layed another complaint. And now I'm calling back the number is not going through again. Don't use this bank it's gonna put you in trouble

This app is very worst as in worst is an understatement I opened a wallet I added my nin and add money I was trying to set up my pin so that I can transfer or buy airtime to check their service but error keep popping up now I can't move the money I added nor do anything on the app I don't recommend this app to anyone

Easy to register but have poor management, and sending of unnecessary emails notification while still logged in the same device been registered I had to block ur notifications through email and also delay in receiving transfer alert 😕😕 improve in ur services in all
