No customer service!
Awful self help section of app is useless… tried using it several times as it's impossible to get a hold of any staff on the phone…. I also tried to visit a branch and I'm absolutely appalled at the lack of help given. I'm closing my account this week and changing banks, I've been with ANZ for over 20 years, but I've had enough. Do better!

Would be 5 star
If you could refresh your balance by pulling down instead of having to logout and log back in to see updated balance in accounts. Every other banking app has the ability to refresh balance within app

Not a great start
Just tried to apply for a home loan refinance via the app, and it's completely crashed. Advised that ID verification was complete, and settings were just being finalised. Didn't even let me get as far as opening the transaction/savings account, and now unable to access the app at all. Another bank attempting to go digital only, and getting the absolute basics of a decent app wrong. Awful app!

When are we getting the widget back?
With you guys forever pushing customers out of your branches (some banks now charging for cash withdrawals) we would have thought you'd find it within your budget to give us back the iOS widget. Come on ANZ.

Very limited functionality
I find it frustrating that you can see or change upcoming payments on the app. The app is very basic in what you can do. Other banking apps I've used have way more functionality.

Great useful app but recently it feels like it's gotten a lot slower to login and load on any connection, sometimes requiring an app restart before I can get in

Updated to a downgrade
Bring back quick view! Every other banking app has a way to see your account balance without having to fully log in, ANZ previously had the best way to check, and now it's gone.
