Works, but lacks modern features
Sure this app works, but having a bank app on my phone it'd be nice to receive notifications of money going in/out of my account like all other bank apps do. Instead of trying to create “ANZ plus” which doesn't even work for existing accounts why not just upgrade this one? Probably be changing banks before I change my bank details with my employer just so I can receive simple day to day updates that are standard with others. The amount of scheduled maintenance on the app you'd expect some sort of changes.

App errors
App always has errors when making payments. Have to keep submitting before it works.

Push Notifications
After a long while of hoping ANZ will bring this feature, which they already have on their ANZ Plus app. I've had to move banks, it's a real shame because I wanted to stay, but for now I don't believe this app is a viable option. May consider returning once this app does the simple task of notifying you when money comes in or out via push notification.

Slow log in
App has been taking forever to log in and load up lately… don't know why but usually it's quiet zippy and logs me in straight away. Please look into this

Unable to process your transaction

Scan card failed
The scanning cards is not working on iPhone 14 pro max. iOS 16.3.1. Could not focus on the card. Autofocus is not working. I believe you set it to be fixed for better scanning but didn't test on new iPhones with different camera lenses. Please fix

Like the app but they could do so much more like show minimum payment amounts live each month on home loans and credit cards This is not on the mobile app yet have to look at out of date statements. Also transactions seem to be very slow coming thru osko very quick but normal terribly slow. Redraw terrible slow for small amounts should be instant. Less than 500

Not reliable now. Something always wrong I can't access most times to check balance and transfer funds. Call times reach an hour or I just give up after 20mins 😪
