Still no way of keeping track of auto direct debits...why?

For those having issues setting up voice activation and not getting verification code to your phone. The trick is 1) Start the voice set up, get to the screen you need to input the verification code. 2) Login to your online anz account on a computer / browser, raise daily limit for transactions. 3) You will be asked for a verification code for this. And when you start the process, you will get verification code for your voice activation thing instead. Pretty sure its a fault on ANZ server

Still cannot schedule a payment in future ? Does not accept (legal) hyphenated surname as on the payee's bank account !? USELESS !!!

Updating app
It's ridiculous when as a low end user I have to update to the new version otherwise I get locked out of my account. There must be an easier way with another provider.

Sensible security
ANZ uses sensible security I have been allowed on occasions that unusual transactions occurred. I hope ANZ continues with tight security without the issues as Optus has encountered.

Expectations not met. Missing heaps of functionality - can't search and download transactions, can't see where I'm logged on (other devices), why bother except for biometric login. And positionong one account outside the list is bizarre.

Data sharing on by default...on a banking app?? Seriously ANZ, what the hell!!??

MEH! ANZ need to pick up their game, make more features available to clients...boost their app and services provided. The app works ok, but is super basic/has highly limited functionality, especially if comparing to other banking apps... basically, if you only want to pay a bill or check your balance, you're winning...want to do much more than that, you have to log in to internet banking, which basically means the app itself is somewhat useless/pointless.
