Impossible to make an appointment with bank manager.
Having banked with ANZ for 40+ years, I find it totally unacceptable that I am unable to book an appointment with my local branch Bank manager by phone or online, as I have been constantly fobbed off with automated questions that did not cover my request. ANZ this is not good enough, technological world or not, many people like me would like to speak to a real person who can comprehend our questions and requests. A very disappointed customer. 😖

Worse bank I've ever been with retarded incompetent workers I told them to stop a payment they didn't listen and the payment continued to come out so now it's bad for them $$$ good for me.. don't sign up with ANZ ever

App lacks many key features
Push notifications for general banking would be nice, sad that it's 2023 and they don't exist. When compared to the other banking apps this one lags years behind. Heard that there is ANZ Plus, can't even download the app without opening another new bank account and then you can't see your existing accounts in that app. Lacklustre experience overall

It will be good if there is option to change card withdrawal limit and able to change limitation on card on app.

IPad Air (iOS 12.5.7) no longer supported
Today the ANZ App version that has run perfectly on my faithful iPad Air (iOS 12.5.7) stopped working and the ‘older version' of the app (the one I've been using) refused to download. I don't think this was intended - suggesting there is a ‘bug' in the download of the previous app suitable for iOS 12. Please fix - and let us know.

Excellent banking app but I feel it is missing a key feature that my previous banking app had. Fund deposit notifications.

While the ANZ app is great for everyday service be very careful when travelling overseas. My app while in Canada and nothing would set it right again until I returned home.
