And POOF! The app sucks…
It's obvious the app doesn't work anymore according to the latest reviews. Why don't you quit telling everybody to do something on our end? It's obvious the problem is on YOUR end. Quit sending out form responses and just fix the thing. If you can't/won't, say so. As a matter of fact, don't send me any response. Just fix it. Start over if you have to. Do SOMETHING, even if it's wrong. Three weeks and twenty calls and zip. Twenty years down the drain. I guess nothing lasts forever. Credit Union, here I come.

This app completely stopped working after a recent update at some point in the past 2 months. I haven't been able to log in. Persistent error.

Entered Correct User Name. App WILL NOT Let Me Change My Password. Stays in a Loop That After Try Entering New Password, the Screen Goes Back to Asking For My Login I.D. Been Having Problems for 2 Months Like This. App NEEDS An UPDATE !!! To Be Customer Friendly !!!!!!

I do not know what is going on with the app but, I cannot log in at all. That means no mobile deposits for me. And I know I can drive all the way across town to make a deposit but this is just ridiculous. I have been having problems for a while getting checks to deposit through the app. Then I began to have problems trying to log in. I would have to login over and over and over again before I could get in. Now I cannot log in at all. I already called customer service Still not working.

I love the app but having to make the same attempt to log in over and over again is frustrating. Or not even being able to log in at all unless connected to wifi.

Cannot get it to work at all! What is happening, have had it for so long but the last 2 weeks it will not let me log in at all..I will switch banks over this as I cannot make mobile deposits any longer and dont have time..to run to the bank 3x a week
