I've been unable to access this app for a month now even after numerous phone calls to customer service attempting to fix the problem and even speaking to my bank in person.

I'm having trouble with the app showing me my available balance is Alan's it keeps just showing a different number than what is actually available in my account and takes multiple days to update

It's been weeks since the last time I was able to log in.works like a charm when working properly, also not the first time I've come across this issue. Will update review when issue if fixed

Update 1 year later and your app is just as terrible. My current main issue is the disclosure agreement won't load and so tough luck accessing your account, if you exit out of the loading prompt it kicks you out. If you close it properly it says it'll kick you out. Nice, guess I won't virtually disposit my check today. This mixed with various stability and access issues is making me consider finding another bank. Your app alone is making me want to change banks.

Widget fail
The app works great for me most of the time, but lately I am unable to enable the widget since accidentally removing it a couple of weeks ago. Please fix the widget!

As I get older I realized what my dad meant by saying, if something works, leave it alone.... still waiting on this app to work right. We are experiencing technical difficulties, been going on for weeks now

Why does arvest take so long to process checks being deposited into my account? Yeah I understand if it's a big amount but if it's minor it shouldn't take hours.

Everything is great except the app stopped letting me log in with my fingerprint.. that really sucks and it's the same on my husband's phone..
