Poor
The Asda app is honestly rubbish compared to Tesco and Morrisons yea it's stores previous orders that I've done but I can't into these orders and add them into a new basket without having to keep popping in and out. My regulars I have theee despite buying dozens of a dozens of different items. And my favourites 28, despite me adding way more. It's a rubbish app, and nothing like it used to be.

This app has become almost unusable, it's driving me insane!! They've added so many 'sponsored' and 'suggested' items that it's taking forever to load, I'll go to add a product from my favourites list but instead it'll choose then to replace it with a suddenly loaded 'sponsored' product. So slow to load in fact, that when you inevitably click the wrong thing because of sudden appearances, just trying to get back to your list of regular products takes a full 2-3 minutes. Please please please sort

I gave the app 5 stars when I first used it years ago. The latest update has made the app unusable. I used to order my gluten-free products from Asda, but now they are near impossible to find, and one of the items listed was a Lego digger set! I suppose it is gluten-free but not what I was after! I am now going to change my supermarket shopping away from Asda.

Half way though an order the app reset itself. My booking and basket disappeared and the app changed appearance. Bizarre and really annoying

Used to be great, now it’s useless
What on earth was the thinking with the favourites section. It's now just a huge list of sponsored items and split into a mass of pages rather than a list. I tried to use it but it's such a faff to navigate so will definitely switch to another supermarket app.

Since updated its rubbish, could not even scan for points in store, so lost £90 in points, only got 1 star could not rate with no stars it's what it merits

Can no longer use this app to place an order, have to switch to the website. This makes it completely redundant and it's been this way for weeks. You'd think they would fix it?

The redesigned app is shocking. Who ever thought it was a good idea to swap the old app to this needs sacking. It's slow, buggy, pages don't load properly, products don't load properly and the lay out is terrible. It feels like an old style app, where the app just showed the website (and the "website" feels old). It feels dated, not modern, it's not slick, it's just terrible. Tesco's, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, all have apps that blow this out the water.
