They invited me to create the account, I did, they blocked my access and are using the account. What do I do to recover the account and close it without harming me, since I'm not using it. Someone is using the account with high amounts, the messages arrive in my SMS but I don't have access to anything else. And I'm not the only one who has happened this, there are more people harmed. Please I need the support contact to help.

The truth is that they take a long time to respond to the mistakes they have. The application has some flaws from what I see, why I made deposits and they do not arrive, which says that with a debit card it is supposedly "instant"
