The app has a lot more downtime, which i suspect is due to the volume of additional accounts that came across from Ulster bank. Why am I paying 6 euro to maintain an account on BOI system. The bank statement functionality needs work, I should be able to choose any date to any date. The App market baseline is revolut, what I can't understand is within 24 hrs revolut could loan me money BOI can't and I linked my revolut to my BOI account as main source of income.

I wish I could be able to share payment proof of save it on Onedrive for future reference. App doesn't allow you to save or share or even screenshot it. Several banks already have this option of sharing it, BOI should add this feature too.

Shocking
Wanted to check my credit card balance. Open the App, white screen. Deinstall the App and reinstall again, now I need to register the device. Type in my online ID, click Continue and that's it. Nothing. Can't go back and forth. Problem is I can't access my online account either because the stupid App is used for 2 Factor Authentication. What a piece of dirt!

The Worst
One of the worst banking apps I've used. "White Screen of Death" most of the time. No widget for the Home Screen. Does not provide deposit alerts. Useless as a mobile app, but I must admit that the web app, 365, works great. Must be a different developer for the mobile app.

You have a bug. On completing authorization of payment on andorid there is no option to go back and screen doesn't default to home. A forcestop is required in app settings to log back in.
