Direct debits
Should have a list of active direct debits and should be able to cancel easily. Compared to the old KBC app this is brutal all for €6 a month

Poor buggy app
Very poor buggy app. Poor customer service from BOI in general. Tried to use the app to change my address. Didn't work. Phoned 355 online. Advised to change the address using the app again. I have no idea if or when the request will be processed. In any case they say it takes 5 working days. Why??! Takes 2 days to get an e-statement. What a joke!

Unfit for purpose. This app could be used in the future as a case study for why the legacy banks were replaced by the neobanks. I've been a customer of Bank of Ireland for over 40 years, but wouldn't use the BOI card for any online transactions. Transaction confirmation just doesn't work. Bunch of failed civil service clowns running the shop.

Woeful app. Someones the log screen simply isn't there. I've found ways to trick the app into to presenting a login screen via contact us or services then 'back' (ridiculous). Once in, I can't check my card PIN. App let's me enter app PIN then screen says loading but goes blank, before taking me back into the endless loop of entering PIN, presenting a blank screen. I'm connected to the Internet and I'm using the correct details. This shouldn't be out there for use in it's current state.

This app won't open on my phone. I haven't been able to check my banking online for months now. Can you sort this issue asap?

App is slow and interface is poor. Can improve a lot like Go-to-previous screen using Back key of phone instead of arrow on the App. Look and feel can be improved like the other banks. No instant QR send or receive money option.
