Constantly declines transactions
That's an awful bank and extremely poor user experience. I opened a JetBlue Plus card a few days ago. I am in the US. My transaction (US stores) are constantly being declined. Each time it forces me to call to their bank and talk to the “security team”. They wasted hours of my time.

Canot get this App to load on my Samsung S9+ phone with Android version 9. Says my device is not compatible. Loaded and runs on my Samsung Tab with version 12. Need this App more on my cell phone like EVERY other similar competitive that loaded and runs fine. But no luck so useless to me. CANNOT LOAD THE APP AT ALL. So impossible to delete and reload

Auto pay got turned off, not by me
I never changed the settings or my other account into and now have a $29 late fee to pay because the system unenrolled me and gave me no notice that the payment hadn't been made. It's time to get rid of this credit card

Since day one I've had trouble logging in every single time. It never remembers my password and I have to verify my identity and change password every time. Not worth the hassle.

The app crashes repeatedly, does not recognize ID/password. You have to change it, then it works for that day only. Fix this. As it is now, the app is too problematic for use.

This app has become laggy with the new update. I don't need icons next to merchant names or similar formatting in my list of purchases. Just the text, please. I want to be able to scroll quickly, not have the app stall while trying to generate graphics.

The update to the Transactions page has ruined the app and made it extremely slow to scroll through. Did they not test this out before releasing it ?

I have been unable to register my card for months. They have no customer service. You are suppose to have a pass code. I never received one.
