App has not worked properly for months
A page appears that asks you to sign up for auto pay but does not allow you to do anything. No “buttons” work and the app freezes. Can't believe this has gone on so long. Will consider canceling card after many years. Very disturbing problem for a financial institution.

Every time I open the app I get a message that I need to update my phone operating system before September 2024. My android phone operating system 10 is up to date. I'm guessing the app soon will no longer work. I'm not going to buy a new phone just to use the app.

Finally!!
This app has not worked in the three years I've had the account. The security questions did not pertain to me and I kept getting error messages and locked out. Today, Finally- I was able to speak with CS and I verified my account and the app is working. Not sure what magic update took place, but I'm overjoyed.

Need to call a helpline for every little thing
Want to update your account, app doesn't work need to call and wait on hold. Want to add your card to Apple Pay? Too bad, their app doesn't verify it, app doesn't work need to call and wait on hold. Their entire system needs to be discarded and rebuilt.
