Cant order a new debit card. >use chat to connect to agent >wdywtd? "Debit card" >it doesn't let you connect to an agent and disconnects. It only wants to set up loans and debt. Lol

I haven't been able to log in for months now, even using the exact same password and username that works on my PC. When I try to log in on the mobile website it asks me to pick my birthdate using a date picker that would require me to tab backwards one month at a time and I'm not doing that. The digital tools available for phone-based online banking with BECU are bad enough that it makes me wonder if I should switch banks.

Messenger doesn't take messages outside customer service hours. App won't show credit payment history. The institution as a whole has really gone downhill.

Latest version puts up a 4-page "swipe right for helpful tips" dialog when trying to do a deposit. Unfortunately, there's no way to get past that. Wouldn't it be nice if they'd test first?

Used to be good, now full of problems
This app has been having more and more problems recently. Sometimes there is a lag of a few hours before transactions update it the app. The updates will be on the website view, but the app shows older data. Frequently getting “slow internet connection” error

Mostly good, but very frustrating when random credit card transactions do not show up in the app. Customer service said sometimes they just don't populate in the app and you have to find them on the website on a computer. Seriously? Also, this app logs you out way too fast. Fidelity doesn't log me out for like 10 minutes. BECU logs me out after 1-2 minutes.
