Can't find where to activate card in app and can't transfer to external banks

Haven't been able to use the app on my Galaxy Ultra 22 for about 3 months. Every time I open the app, I am prompted with an maintenance message "We are currently performing maintenance, please try back later". This happens not matter what time of the day I try to open the app. I also un-installed the app, multiple of times. Must use pc for my online banking since the app no longer functions properly.

My cousin is a first gen immigrant from Mexico, whom is on probation for a marijuana charge that isn't a felony in majority of other states. He was a BECU customer before & after time served. While 2 yrs into his probation, BECU closed his account for Reputational Risk without notice or appeal option. My cousin is not associated with a gang & again, has no violent or financial charges, only a marijuana charge. Embarrassed I was the one that recommended BECU to him, disappointed. Smacks racist

It's just janky. Nothing in this app is native; it's obviously some terrible framework. Stuffed with useless features. I wish it just showed balances and let you make transfers.
